Great monument 65 of Kaminal Juyu

This is a piece of the great monument 65 of Kaminal Juyu.

Kaminal Juyú was a maya city that is understood by what is today the City of Guatemala, although there are records of his greatness, the greater part of its ruins were engulfed by buildings and shopping centers.

The monument 65 is a huge volcanic stone, was painted pale yellow and originally, the panel was of more than 40 cm high. In it tells the story of the capture and subsequent presentation of captives to a monarch.
